Since i dont have this bios and no bios update are currently available for the z. Pel- Did you modify any hardware settings in the bios?

I choose english and after that it says "Preparing Installation" after that it just says system halt and powers off. The first time I tried the DVD it just said system halt.
Then the second time I tried the DVD it went up to the light blue screen and after minutes of just being Acer Aspire 3680 Chipset and the rainbow cursor spinningAcer Aspire 3680 Chipset said system halt. Then the third time I connected a external display my LCD and the Mac OS X language selector came out, then after preparing installationit said system halted. The same thing happens if I don't use the external display but I boot using the -x parameter.
